Ovarian cancer is the leading cause of death amongst all gynecological cancers.  The 5-year survival rate is only 30%.  Nearly all women die within 10 years of diagnosis.  With early detection and effective treatments, it is possible to increase the survival rate to 90%.  With your help, we can do this.

HUNT FOR THE CURE is a unique charity event dedicated to raising much needed funds for ovarian cancer research.  The proceeds from this event will be funding the Fallopian Tube Project, a joint collaboration between the Canary Foundation and Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH) to help find an early detection test for ovarian cancer.

After four very successful events, we are thrilled to announce the fifth annual HUNT FOR THE CURE is taking place Saturday, October 15th, 2011.  This event is an in-car scavenger hunt around the GTA with a post-hunt party.

By making a donation to this event you will not only be contributing directly to the dollar amount that we are able to give to PMH, but you will also receive several opportunities for corporate recognition.

Our dream is for the hunt to be over and a cure to be found - thanks to your generosity, doctors and scientists can continue their quest to put an end to ovarian cancer.
